Title:  "A Double Rainbow Day in the Boistfort Valley"

The picture was taken from the hillside on the east side of the
Boistfort Road looking west. The Boistfort Road runs north and south up the
center of the Boistfort Valley. This exact area, less than 2 years ago, was
covered with 3 to 10 feet of water, mud, and tree debris.  The recovery
has been miraculous.

He received a certificate at the awards banquet during Annual Meeting.
