Early Endorsement Forms for Statewide Races

INSTRUCTIONS FOR EMAILING FORMS: Complete a form below, and "SAVE AS." When naming the form, please use your county FB abbreviation and the office name (for example, in the Governor's race, Thurston County would SAVE AS "TCFB Governor").
Then email the saved form. Otherwise, the formatting is lost if you try to email directly from your internet browser.
Please fax or mail the signed copy for our records.

Supreme Court
While not a full statewide race, the Court of Appeals, Div. 2, encompasses most Western Washington, running south from the King/Pierce county border to the Columbia River, and West from the Cascades to the Pacific Ocean. The District 2 seat will be decided by voters in Clallam, Grays Harbor, Jefferson, Kitsap, Mason, and Thurston counties.
EARLY ENDORSEMENT recommendations must be submitted by MAY 16.
