Early Endorsement Forms for Legislative and Local Races

INSTRUCTIONS FOR EMAILING FORMS: Complete a form below, and "SAVE AS." When naming the form, please use your county FB abbreviation and the office name and district (for example, in Senate race, Thurston County would SAVE AS "TCFB Senate2" or "TCFB Senate20").
Then email the saved form. Otherwise, the formatting is lost if you try to email directly from your internet browser.
Please fax or mail the signed copy for our records.
