Two Cultivating Success programs offer farming and business training to farmers Start: 2:11 pm End: 2:11 pm This fall, current growers and people thinking about becoming producers can participate in two multi-week courses being offered in North and South King County. The Cultivating Success program is a unique partnership between the Washington State University Extensions in King, Pierce and Snohomish Counties, along with Rural Roots and the University of Idaho.

Fact: It varies. This is a mixed bag. Some fresh fruits and vegetables have more nutrition and phytonutrition than fruits and vegetables cooked or frozen, but others have less.
