Learn innovative techniques for developing and maintaining a healthy farm at this Field Day on the WSU Puyallup campus July 21.
The Field Day takes place from noon to 3 p.m. on Monday, July 21 at the WSU Puyallup Campus located at 7612 Pioneer Way East. Directional signs to the north side of the farm will be posted. Food and beverages will be provided. The event is free to the public.
The Field Day is open to farmers, community members or anyone interested in learning more about current trends in small acreage farming.

The Chelan-Douglas County Farm Bureau is hosting a fun family BBQ for all county Farm Bureau members to enjoy. And, Dino Rossi, the Washington Farm Bureau PAC's endorsed candidate for governor, will be the key note speaker.
State and county Farm Bureau officers will be in attendance and available for any questions about what Farm Bureau does to help out our state's farmers, and what the organization has been up to lately. Likewise, local city and county officials, as well as the state Representatives and the area's Senator, have been invited to attend.
The exciting event is happening Tues. July 22 from 6–9 p.m. at Kirby Billingsley Hydro Park on Hwy. 28 just south of East Wenatchee.

The Washington Farm Bureau Young Farmers & Ranchers (YF&R) program is proud to present its 6th Annual Farm Bureau Fairway Classic on Saturday, July 26, 2008, in Cle Elum.
Shotgun start is at 1:30 p.m., and the dinner and awards program is at 7 p.m. Event details and a regstration form are available.
