The American Farm Bureau Federation Young Farmers & Ranchers Leadership Conference focuses on leadership and personal development opportunities for Farm Bureau young farmers and ranchers. This highly interactive conference brings together young farmers and ranchers from at least 45 states and has been noted to total nearly 800 young farmers and ranchers. The Washington Farm Bureau Agricultural Promotion and Education Committee and the WFB Women's Leadership Committee are sponsoring an "Ag Appreciation Day" at the Capitol on Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2008. The event features a continental breakfast from 7 - 10 a.m. on the third floor of the Legislative Building for all legislators and staff, state office holders and staff, agency directors and staff, and other Capitol personnel.
